According to Cap 59AG F&IU (LM) R :

2 Interpretation

“loadshifting machine” (負荷物移動機) means a power-operated mobile machine of a type specified in the Schedule and which is operated by a person riding on the machine;

Cap 59AG Schedule

Loadshifting machines used in industrial undertakings—

  1. (a) a fork-lift truck.

Loadshifting machines used on construction sites—

  1. (a) a bulldozer;
  2. (b) a loader;
  3. (c) an excavator;
  4. (d) a truck;
  5. (e) a lorry;
  6. (f) a compactor;
  7. (g) a dumper;
  8. (h) a grader;
  9. (i) a locomotive;
  10. (j) a scraper.


 

With reference to Cap 59J F&IU (LA and LG) R :

2 Application

These regulations shall apply to lifting appliances and lifting gear used for raising or lowering or as a means of suspension in any industrial undertaking.
