好耐無打日記…打篇野記錄下生活啦…嘩嘩嘩…最近既喜又驚…由飛「國際航線」變左飛「國內短線」短短一年又4個人變到得返2個人…喜既係呢個新大老吾似紙上談兵既人…感覺到跟住佢一定學到野…所以幾開心…驚既係真係再無曬D前輩幫我頂…不過都好…係時候溫故知新…用經驗加努力行埋呢段路…before I go to CX !!!

- 棚架設計圖有專業工程師CERT
- 事前按指引向勞工處通報
- 核對人員資格

Remark:
“專業工程師” 是指結構或土木工程範疇的工程師。他必須是香港工程師學會會章下的法定會員或具備同等資格,必須有足夠的訓練和經驗,並且能夠按認可的工程原理,判斷他設計的棚架如何及因何能安全地承受所載的負荷。[ref 竹棚架工作安全守則 2. 釋義]
CIC 高級懸空式棚架安全訓練
有關連牆器的縱行距離的要求
- 連牆器的縱行距離不應大於3米。連牆器應由金屬繫件和連牆撐(例如頂竹)組成。金屬繫件應使用最小6毫米直徑、最少可伸長15%及抵禦強度為每平方毫米250牛頓(250N/mm2)的軟鋼條,或能抵禦相同拉力及具備相同機械性能的一捆鋼線或其他裝置(例如金屬托架),並繫穩在結構構件中。

有關繫穩螺絲數量及兩個相鄰金屬托架的橫向距離的要求
- 每個支撐懸空式竹棚架的金屬托架必須裝上3顆或以上的繫穩螺絲,而兩個相鄰金屬托架的橫向距離不應超逾1.3米,以確保懸空式竹棚架的承重力和穩定性。

有關繫穩螺絲抗拉力的要求
- 「拉爆」或「撞爆」螺絲的抗拉力應大於7千牛頓(7kN)。
有關惡劣天氣的安排
- 承建商應留意天文台發出的天氣預報,並密切注視天氣變化,以便作出適當的工作安排。當天文台發出惡劣天氣警告,例如熱帶氣旋警告或強烈季候風信號時,應停止搭建、擴建、更改及拆卸棚架及在棚架上工作,並採取適當的應急措施,包括
- 繫穩棚架及其構件
- 拆除棚架上的帆布/尼龍網
- 移除放置在竹棚上的物料
有關人員繫穩物抗拉力的要求
- 所有繫穩物應至少可以承受6千牛頓(6kN)的拉力,並須經過檢查及測試才可使用。
有關獨立救生繩常見問題及建議
- 問題: 救生繩受力於銳利的邊緣上
- 建議: 承建商在設置及使用懸掛繩或獨立救生繩時,亦不應讓它們受力於銳利的邊緣上,如不能避免,應以適當墊件保護。
