好吧，就溫下書 睇下例

香港目前只有入例（CSSR ）才要用安全帽，到底巴士車頂算嗎？ 例是這樣定義建築地盤：

[第2及8條]

指明的構築物及工程

1.

任何建築物、大廈、牆壁、圍欄或煙囱，不論它們在建造上是否完全或部分高於或低於地平線。

2.

任何道路、行車道、鐵路、電車軌道、纜車軌道、纜道、架空纜車軌道或渠道。

3.

任何海港工程、船塢、碼頭、海防工程或燈塔。

4.

任何水道橋、高架橋、橋樑或隧道。

5.

任何污水渠、污水處理工程或濾水池。

6.

任何機場或與航空有關的工程。

7.

任何堤壩、水塘、井、渠管、暗渠、豎井或填海工程。

8.

任何渠務、灌溉或河道管制工程。

9.

任何關於水務、電力、煤氣、電話、電訊、無線電或電視的裝置或工程，或任何為製造或輸送電力或為輸送或接收無線電波或聲波而設計的其他工程。

10.

任何專為支持機械、工業裝置或輸電纜而設計的構築物。

Specified Structures and Works

1.

Any building, edifice, wall, fence, or chimney, whether constructed wholly or partly above or below ground level.

2.

Any road, motorway, railway, tramway, cableway, aerial ropeway or canal.

3.

Any harbour works, dock, pier, sea defence work, or lighthouse.

4.

Any aqueduct, viaduct, bridge, or tunnel.

5.

Any sewer, sewage disposal works, or filter bed.

6.

Any airport or works connected with air navigation.

7.

Any dam, reservoir, well, pipeline, culvert, shaft, or reclamation.

8.

Any drainage, irrigation, or river control work.

9.

Any water, electrical, gas, telephonic, telegraphic, radio, or television installation or works, or any other works designed for the manufacturing or transmission of power or the transmission or reception of radio or sound waves.

10.

Any structure designed for the support of machinery, plant, or power transmission lines.

Cap 59 Schedule 3 中英文都好似見吾到同巴士車頂有關 ，再睇番in what way Cap59 define construction work:

construction work (建築工程) means—

(a)

the construction, erection, installation, reconstruction, repair, maintenance (including redecoration and external cleaning), renewal, removal, alteration, improvement, dismantling, or demolition of any structure or works specified in Schedule 3;

(b)

any work involved in preparing for any operation referred to in paragraph (a), including the laying of foundations and the excavation of earth and rock prior to the laying of foundations;

(c)

the use of machinery, plant, tools, gear, and materials in connexion with any operation referred to in paragraph (a) or (b);

建造、架設、安裝、重建、修葺、維修(包括重新修飾及外圍清理)、翻新、遷移、改動、改善、拆除或拆卸附表3所指明的任何構築物或工程；

為預備進行(a)段所提述的工程行動而涉及的任何工程，包括鋪築地基和鋪築地基前的挖掘泥土及沙石工程；

(c)

為進行(a)或(b)段所提述的任何工程行動而使用機械、工業裝置、工具、裝置及物料；

上e legislation 找了一下 structure 多數是指同bd 有關的內容 所以呢一堂要打的是structure，但又話雖如此，就算告吾入CSSR，Cap 509 G.D 同工廠既SMS 一樣入例，總之平安就行了 🤭
