Day 11 & 12 : Road to be a RSO – 魚與熊掌不可兼得

Day 11
Last position in LH, form direct supervisor to my big boss (Top management) were supporting, but I had room to improve my management skill in respect of downstream (frontline staff).
This time, I have to pay more attention at communicating with my direct supervisor, but I am accredited by the workers. At the beginning when I enter this company, 師父們都不愛用留尾繩!
Now, at a time when I am leaving, most of them set up the tail rope during lifting operation usually. It is so amazing and rewarding.
Day 12
今日房署 (業主) 既大佬落盤睇安全，捉大判無交通督導員，最後 “霞姨” 派左飯盒同PPE比我 – 被指派了做 “臨記”
下圖我放的雪糕筒係有意思的 – 左右護法明顯分隔 ; 尾的那個係司機睇倒後CCTV見到希望佢乖乖會停
這樣的配置算是我目前想到最快可以部署加移動的了，不過回到今日主題: 魚與熊掌不可兼得
任何方案可能解決了某些問題，但又會有其他問題! 比方說，其實放置同移走尾部雪糕筒的那個工友本身都可能會暴露更多危險 (如車沒有倒後CCTV)
所以，良好的制度、培訓係呢個時候又顯得重要了~
