Generally speaking, there are various degrees of roast:

  1. unroasted
  2. light roast
  3. medium roast
  4. dark roast

These 4 groups of roast could be further divided into total 8 types:

  1. light
  2. cinnamon
  3. medium
  4. high
  5. city
  6. full city
  7. french
  8. italian

 

In Starbucks Hong Kong, there are three types of roasted whole bean:

    • House Blend ( Latin American beans )

  2. Dark

    • Espresso Roast ( Latin America and Asia/Pacific darkly roasted )
