話說都做了PT車長一段時間,有開心的有挑戰的。我想都可以分享(記錄)多一點所見所聞。 話說昨天開工駕駛的那條線經過一個油站,在油站外巴士站上客後想離站時,有一私家車亦正想離開油站站出口,我不但要兼顧那車,又要留意右鏡,就在我觀察緊這兩個位置的數秒(4秒?)就有一個男生已在我頭門。 其實外行人為了追巴士,經常有拍(觸碰)車身的情況,但問題是他們無預早少少到車站,所以巴士離站才追,這情況其實係害自己又害司機! 希望自己提自己要補左門之外,都盼望多點公眾人士能顧己及人!追巴士不用搵命搏,早少少!!!

Day 4 : Road to be a RSO 風險評估五步曲(每一種職業的辛酸及禁忌)
Ref: 呈祥道九巴撞壆傾側 77人獲救 上層乘客一度被困1小時 (hk01.com) 在追尋做一個RSO外,平日的”興趣”當然係揸巴士,琴日的一碗麵加上今天師兄的意外,令我好想分享兩樣野及一個2023年的小小心得。 A NEAR-MISS / POTENTIAL HAZARD 我有一條線係經常往返呈翔道,圖片是明愛對出位置,平常我只需要用中線,理論上巴士是不可靠右行快線,所以在正常訓練中 (即便我平日常用這路線),我是不會用慢線。 假如有一晚,有一架私家車在中線行得50KM左右,而快慢線都沒什麼車,那我就可以考慮 用慢線在拉長一段距離再抽回中線 (因慢線爬頭是犯例) ,但因巴士大,如果又心急,抽得太 左就有可能轆過路邊D不平位,是很有可能失控,這如果是發生,某程度這UNEXPECTED EVENT 都可以叫NEAR-MISS,而POTENTIAL HAZARD 就是失控。 2. A NEAR-MISS / POTENTIAL HAZARD 話說琴晚我當更食飯,原本去了一間四川麵店叫了一個 “養生雞麵”,但我想了一下,再嗅了 一下,我懷疑或害怕有酒,所以叫店員換了,但我還是信不過,所以就去了一家比較風險低 的店。 老闆或現在業內還有人不懂風險評估的重要,只是隨便改改日期就算 ; 如果安全人員沒有做過根本不能有較為好的評估結果 從上面兩個工作的事件可以發現,其實所謂的風險評估,遠遠不止那幾頁紙,也是因為這樣,風險評估五部曲中: 不時覆核你的風險評估,必要時予以修訂 就變得更重要。可惜的是,很多時候,老闆或現在業內還有人不懂風險評估的重要,只是隨便改改日期就算 (畢竟還有很多事情做麻) ; 另外一個情況就是,安全人員與前線人員溝通交流不足,安全人員就是根據METHOD STATEMENT (及可能有/沒有的視察) 去完成風險評估,但如果安全人員沒有做過根本不能有較為好的評估結果 (風險總不能完全排除 除非不做),所以不管是給安全人員實踐/體驗,還是加強教育指導前線人員安全意識及風險評估慨念,做到有良好回饋機制,這就有相對安全的環境。目前我想到有的就只有AVIATION! 這就是AVIATION
