Flight International : Keeping the airspace under control

[Ref 12-18 March 2019 | Flight International | 43]

I have read the flight international magazine for two years, in the fast, I have tried to cut some page I would like to collect. However, I find it is really hard to review and it takes time. So..I have started take some quote from the e-version.

Today, I am going to share other’s story that part usually at the last few pages of every issue.

How did you get into aviation?

My journey to becoming an flight operations agent after I finished the 10 hour flight training package in 2015. I joined one the ground handling agency and I had been staying in flight operations division for two years. When I later saw an advert for a new role in a fledgling department, I took the opportunity.

Tonight, let me tell you what common ground I have found with the article author.

What do you enjoy most?

No two days are the same – I won’t never get bored. I could say that our industry is very dynamic and I need to think on my feet sometimes.
Notes: “think on my/your feet” = to make a quick decision or give an answer quickly

What are the challenges?

I would say the toughest element of it is being a shift worker. I have to try just that bit harder to make my social and home life fit in around my job.
