What I am cultivating

Before I step into an industry, I did not understand why the South Asian ethnic group passenger are common on the airport bus. Now, I know the answer. In the past, I thought that ULDs are broadly used on A320. However, the fact is that bulk is not uncommon on that narrow body aircraft. Rightly, what I want to share is that I have just found that I know nothing about the sector although I am an enthusiastic freshman in the field.
Today, I am fortunate to follow a straightforward but helpful mentor. He is a trainer who may fuck me if I cannot reach the point under his guidance. Anyway, he is inspiring as well as teaching me a lot of useful skills. Working on this position, I do have chance to communicate with different counterparts and personnel. Through the under-supervision training, I discover that I am not really good at calculate while I need to enhance the skills about multi-tasks under pressure environment with a group of teammates. Recall the admonishment from J – fly faster than the aircraft. Now, I have more and more understand on that saying. Unless I can overcome my weaknesses, I am not dare to (or I cannot) convince miss Mon about my confident to being the cockpit crew En-route.
Last but not least, one more fact about the current working premise – they always lack of people – the reason is appearance – people who are working in this industry have a fucking long duty hours while the salary is lower than other nature of profession – HR are hiring people – with passion – plus competency – what I am cultivating.
