It may also be a form of optical or <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">electrical phenomena<\/span>. Meteors are generally visible to human observers, but in the case of thunder, it is audible.<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6c89\u6fb1\u7269\u3001\u61f8\u6d6e\u6db2\u6216\u6db2\u9ad4\u6216\u56fa\u9ad4\u9846\u7c92\u7684\u6c89\u7a4d\u7269\u7b49\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u5b83\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5149\u5b78\u6216\u96fb\u5b78\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u4eba\u985e\u89c0\u6e2c\u4eba\u54e1\u901a\u5e38\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u5927\u6c23\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6709\u96f7\u8072\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u53ef\u807d\u898b\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, names of meteors are also applied to related concepts. For instance, the word \u201csnow\u201d may refer to a type of hydrometeor (ensemble of falling particles), to snow cover (ensemble of particles lying on the ground) or to the substance snow (as in \u201csnow blown from mountains\u201d or a snowball).
