Meteorological definition of a meteor – <\/strong>according to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO)<\/span><\/p>\n

In meteorology, a phenomenon<\/strong><\/span> observed in the atmosphere or on the surface<\/strong><\/span> of the Earth is known as a meteor.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6c23\u8c61\u5b78\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u5927\u6c23\u5c64\u6216\u5730\u7403\u8868\u9762\u89c0\u6e2c\u5230\u7684<\/strong>\u73fe\u8c61\u7a31\u70ba\u5927\u6c23\u73fe\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n

It may be a form of precipitation<\/span>, a suspension or a deposit of liquid or solid particles. It may also be a form of optical or electrical phenomena<\/span>. Meteors are generally visible to human observers, but in the case of thunder, it is audible.<\/p>\n

\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6c89\u6fb1\u7269\u3001\u61f8\u6d6e\u6db2\u6216\u6db2\u9ad4\u6216\u56fa\u9ad4\u9846\u7c92\u7684\u6c89\u7a4d\u7269\u7b49\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u5b83\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5149\u5b78\u6216\u96fb\u5b78\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u4eba\u985e\u89c0\u6e2c\u4eba\u54e1\u901a\u5e38\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u5927\u6c23\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6709\u96f7\u8072\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u53ef\u807d\u898b\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

Sometimes, names of meteors are also applied to related concepts. For instance, the word \u201csnow\u201d may refer to a type of hydrometeor (ensemble of falling particles), to snow cover (ensemble of particles lying on the ground) or to the substance snow (as in \u201csnow blown from mountains\u201d or a snowball). The constituent particles of snow in these three cases are either snow crystals or snowflakes.<\/p>\n

\u6709\u6642\uff0c\u5927\u6c23\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u540d\u7a31\u4e5f\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u76f8\u95dc\u6982\u5ff5\u3002 \u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u300c\u96ea\u300d\u9019\u500b\u5b57\u53ef\u80fd\u6307\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6c34\u51dd\u7269\uff08\u843d\u4e0b\u7684\u9846\u7c92\u7684\u96c6\u5408\uff09\u3001\u7a4d\u96ea\uff08\u5730\u9762\u4e0a\u9846\u7c92\u7684\u96c6\u5408\uff09\u6216\u7269\u8cea\u6027\u7684\u96ea\uff08\u5982\u300c\u5f9e\u5c71\u4e0a\u5439\u4f86\u7684\u96ea\u300d\u6216\u96ea\u7403\uff09\u3002 \u5728\u9019\u4e09\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u96ea\u7684\u7d44\u6210\u9846\u7c92\u662f\u96ea\u6676\u6216\u96ea\u82b1\u3002<\/p>\n

Also, certain meteors are named based on their constituent particles; for example, the hydrometeor \u201csnow grains” is an ensemble of falling snow grains.<\/p>\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b\u5927\u6c23\u73fe\u50cf\u662f\u6839\u64da\u5176\u7d44\u6210\u7c92\u5b50\u800c\u547d\u540d\u7684\uff1b\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6c34\u51dd\u7269\u300c\u7c73\u96ea\u300d\u662f\u4e0b\u964d\u96ea\u7c92\u7684\u96c6\u5408\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n
