The last train into town is around midnight, I think.<\/p>\n<p>Helen: <strong>I don\u2019t mind<\/strong> walking<strong> \u2026perhaps I\u2019ll<\/strong> take the train.<\/p>\n<p>ME: <strong>Why don\u2019t you<\/strong> take a taxi<strong>?<\/strong> It\u2019s really hot there at the moment so walking will be horrible and you can claim the taxi fare back.<\/p>\n<p>Helen: <strong>Ah! (\u5662) That was going to be my next question actually.<\/strong> I can claim travel expenses and meals, can\u2019t I?<\/p>\n<p>ME: If I were you, I\u2019d ask someone in the finance team in your office to sit down with you to explain the whole travel claim system. It\u2019s a bit complicated and you don\u2019t want to find yourself out of pocket.<\/p>\n<p>Helen: That\u2019s a good idea. I\u2019ll do that, thanks. Sorry, how about the hotel? How do we pay for that?<\/p>\n<p>ME: Have you got a corporate credit card yet?<\/p>\n<p>Helen: Not yet, no.<\/p>\n<p>ME: OK, so I think this time you\u2019ll <strong>need to pay on your own card first then claim it back.<\/strong> Whatever you do, just remember to keep all receipts so that you won\u2019t have any problems later with claiming. You\u2019re staying four nights, right?<\/p>\n<p>Helen: Yeah, that\u2019s right. <strong>What time are you flying in<\/strong> by the way?<\/p>\n<p>ME: <strong>I land around<\/strong> 4:30.<\/p>\n<p>Helen: Me too!
