This evening, I deeply thanks that a pilot shared with us by using scenario and group work.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Let me briefly type what I have learnt this evening ~<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

CLEAR model<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. C<\/strong>larify the issue or question – ident problem

    \r\n\r\n<\/li>\r\n
  2. L<\/strong>ook for options

    \r\n\r\n<\/li>\r\n
  3. E<\/strong>valuate the options – factors including safety, legality, pax comfort, OTP and Cost.

    \r\n\r\n<\/li>\r\n
  4. A<\/strong>ction – 5C Good communication to cockpit, cabin, controller, company and Customer

    \r\n\r\n<\/li>\r\n
  5. R<\/strong>e-evaluation<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

     <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    In terms of crew briefing, we can adopt NITS method<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Nature of situation, Intention, Time, Situation<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

     <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    In terms of pax We only tell them about technical issue(but never tell them the real fact to avoid unnecessary panicking)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

     <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    For cockpit, I think of CTWO+<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Chart, Terrain, Wx and Operational requirements and others<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
