(= Track Required, TR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ans: <\/strong>Direction over the ground in which the aircraft is required to travel<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Read More :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>10 ***<\/strong> Important: <strong>Drift<\/strong> is NOT the <strong>Track Error<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Drift<\/em> is the difference between heading and track made good, whereas <em>track error<\/em> is the difference between flight planned track (or track required)<br \/>\nand track made good.<\/p>\n<p>Track Made Good (<strong>TMG<\/strong>) &#8211; The <strong>actual direction<\/strong> of travel of the aircraft <strong>over<\/strong> the <strong>ground.<\/strong> Measured and indicated in the same way as the track.<\/p>\n<p>Track Error (<strong>TE<\/strong>) &#8211; The angular difference between the track made good and the track required.
