Day 11<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last position in LH, form direct supervisor to my big boss (Top management) were supporting, but I had room to improve my management skill in respect of downstream (frontline staff).<\/p>\n

This time, I have to pay more attention at communicating with my direct supervisor, but I am accredited by the workers. At the beginning when I enter this company, \u5e2b\u7236\u5011\u90fd\u4e0d\u611b\u7528\u7559\u5c3e\u7e69!<\/p>\n

Now, at a time when I am leaving, most of them set up the tail rope during lifting operation usually. It is so amazing and rewarding.<\/p>\n

Day 12<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e0b\u5716\u6211\u653e\u7684\u96ea\u7cd5\u7b52\u4fc2\u6709\u610f\u601d\u7684 – \u5de6\u53f3\u8b77\u6cd5\u660e\u986f\u5206\u9694 ; \u5c3e\u7684\u90a3\u500b\u4fc2\u53f8\u6a5f\u7747\u5012\u5f8cCCTV\u898b\u5230\u5e0c\u671b\u4f62\u4e56\u4e56\u6703\u505c<\/p>\n

\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u914d\u7f6e\u7b97\u662f\u6211\u76ee\u524d\u60f3\u5230\u6700\u5feb\u53ef\u4ee5\u90e8\u7f72\u52a0\u79fb\u52d5\u7684\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u56de\u5230\u4eca\u65e5\u4e3b\u984c:\u00a0 \u9b5a\u8207\u718a\u638c\u4e0d\u53ef\u517c\u5f97<\/p>\n
