To me, the reason why I wanna to become a member in the safety team is simply: I love bus industry. However, I am not sure if they give me the offer in 2023. Actually, I do really want to be a RSO. I remember that I kept writing blog and reading books and doing revision during the time when I was applying for the Cadet program with Cathay Pacific. What a shame, I did not do it for a while after I enter this company as a ASO in a construction site.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, I have to re-ignite my passion and motivation at work &#8211; \u7e3d\u4e4b\u505a\u5408\u6cd5\u3001\u5408\u60c5\u3001\u5408\u7406\u7684\u4e8b, \u5c0d\u7684\u4e8b, \u8a71\u77e5\u6bd4\u4eba\u7092\u67d2\u6211! no_heading_follows\">(a) extinguishing, preventing or limiting a fire or the effects of a fire; or<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438412862430_034\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(b) giving warning of a fire; or<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438412862430_042\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(c) providing access to any premises or place for the purposes of extinguishing, preventing or limiting a fire or the effects of a fire;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cap509A S11 Offence to damage or interfere with fire safety measures provided at workplace<\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438412862757_004\" class=\"hklm_subsection\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(1) <span style=\"color: \u640d\u6bc0\u6216\u5e72\u64fe\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u6240\u5728\u7684\u8655\u6240\u5167\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6d88\u9632\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\uff1b\u6216<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div S68 &#8211; Offences and penalties relating to contractors<\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662921_018\" class=\"hklm_subsection\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(1)<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_leadIn\">Any contractor\u00a0<span class=\"nowrap\">who\u2014<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662921_026\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(a)<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_content\">contravenes any of the provisions of\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">regulation 4A(1)<\/a><\/span>\u00a0or (1A), 5(1) or (2), 8, 9(1) or (2), 10(1) or (2), 20(1) or (2), 31(1) or (3), 32(1) or (2), 33, 34(1) or (2), 35(1) or (3), 36, 38(1), (2), (3), (5) or (6), 38A(1), (2) or (3), 38AA(1), (2) or (3), 38B(1) or (1A), 38C, 38D, 38E(1) or (2), 38F(1) or (4), 38G(1) or (2), 39(1) or (2), 40(1), 41, 41A, 42, 43, 44(1) or (2), 45(1) or (2), 46(1) or (1A), 47(1), (1A), (2) or (3), 48(1) or (1A), 49(1), (1A), (2), (3) or (4), 50, 51(1) or (2), 52(1), (1A) or (2), 52A(1), (1A) or (2), 53(2), <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">54(1) or (1A)<\/span>, 55, 56(1), 57, 58, 59, 61(1), (2), (4), (5) or (6), 62, 63, 64, 65(2), 66(1) or 67(1), (2) or (3); or<\/p>\n<div class=\"hklm_sourceNote\">(<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note\">L.N. 221 of 1994<\/a><\/span>;\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note\">L.N. 552 of 1995<\/a><\/span>)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662952_006\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(b)<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_content\">fails to comply with any requirement under\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">regulation 61(3)<\/a><\/span>,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_continued\">shall be guilty of an offence.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hklm_sourceNote\">(<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note unsupported-ref\">L.N. 280 of 1978<\/a><\/span>;\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note unsupported-ref\">L.N. 118 of 1981<\/a><\/span>;\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note unsupported-ref\">L.N. 238 of 1983<\/a><\/span>)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662952_019\" class=\"hklm_subsection\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(2)<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_leadIn\">A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (1)\u00a0<span class=\"nowrap\">shall\u2014<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662952_027\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(a)<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_content\">in respect of a contravention of\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">regulation 5(1)<\/a><\/span>\u00a0or (2), 31(1) or (3), 32(1) or (2), 34(1) or (2), 35(1) or (3), 38(1), (2), (3), (5) or (6), 38E(1) or (2), 38F(1), 39(1) or (2), 41, 41A, 47(1), (1A), (2) or (3), 49(1), (1A), (2), (3) or (4), be liable to a fine of $200,000;<\/p>\n<div class=\"hklm_sourceNote\">(<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note\">L.N. 21 of 1994<\/a><\/span>;\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note\">L.N. 552 of 1995<\/a><\/span>)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662967_006\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(b)<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_content\">in respect of a contravention of\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">58<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">59<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">61(1)<\/a><\/span>, (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6), 62, 63, 64, 65(2), 66(1) or 67(1), (2) or (3), be liable to a fine at level 3;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662983_014\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">40(1)<\/a><\/span>, be liable to a fine of $200,000 and to imprisonment for 12 months;<\/p>\n<div class=\"hklm_sourceNote\">(<span class=\"hklm_ref nowrap\"><a class=\"hklm_ref source-note nowrap\">71 of 1989 s. 13<\/a><\/span>)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ID_1438413662983_030\" class=\"hklm_paragraph\">\n<div class=\"hklm_num no_heading_follows\">(g)<\/div>\n<div class=\"hklm_content\">in respect of a contravention of\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">regulation 36<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\">38A(2)<\/a><\/span>\u00a0or (3), 38AA(2) or (3), 38B(1) or (1A), 38C, 38D, 38G(1) or (2) be liable, where the offence was committed without reasonable
