or<\/li>\n<li>(ii) be connected to a counterweight by means of a fusible link which shall fuse at a temperature of not more than 68oC thereby disconnecting the counterweight from the door so that the door will close;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>(c) if it is not a sliding door, be kept closed by means of a self-closing mechanism which shall at all times be fully<br \/>\noperational and maintained in good working order;<\/li>\n<li>(d) if it is made of metal, be of solid steel with an overall thickness of not less than 3 mm; and<\/li>\n<li>(e) if it is made of materials other than metal\u2014\n<ul>\n<li>(i) conform to the standards laid down in *Tables F and G of the Third Schedule to the Building (Construction) Regulations (Cap. 123 sub. leg.); or<\/li>\n<li>(ii) be in accordance with the specifications shown in the plan approved by the Building Authority under section 14(1) of the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Every door in a notifiable workplace, other than a sliding door, shall be constructed to open outwards and shall not<br \/>\nwhen open reduce the effective width of any means of escape\u2014<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>(a) from the workplace, if the door is a door leading out of the workplace; or<\/li>\n<li>(b) if the door is a door of a room in the workplace being a room in which more than 10 persons are employed, from the room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>While any person employed in a notifiable workplace is within the workplace, whether such person is working or not, the doors, gates and shutters leading out of the workplace and the doors of every room in the workplace in which any such person is, shall not be locked or fastened in such a manner that they cannot be easily and immediately opened from the inside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u300a\u5de5\u5ee0\u8996\u5bdf\u5831\u544a\u53c3\u95b1\u624b\u518a\u300b\u4e2d\u7684FP-1\u81f3FP-8\u6709\u76f8\u5c0d\u7c21\u6613\u660e\u767d\u7684\u91cd\u9ede:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FP-1<br \/>\nEvery door leading out of a notifiable workplace shall be <strong>maintained<\/strong> in such condition that it can be <strong>readily opened and closed at any time<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u9808\u4fdd\u6301\u96a8\u6642\u80fd\u8f15\u6613\u958b\u555f\u53ca\u95dc\u4e0a<\/li>\n<li>FP-2<br \/>\nEvery <strong>sliding door<\/strong> leading out of a notifiable workplace shall be so designed as to be<strong> self-closing, by<\/strong> its <strong>own weight<\/strong> or otherwise;<strong> OR<\/strong><br \/>\nbe connected to a counterweight <strong>by<\/strong> means of a fusible link which shall<strong> fuse<\/strong> at a temperature of <strong>not more than 68\u00baC<\/strong> thereby<strong> disconnecting the counterweight<\/strong> from the door so that the door will close.<br \/>\n\u6ed1\u52d5\u9580\u9808\u80fd\u85c9\u672c\u8eab\u91cd\u91cf\u6216\u85c9\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u81ea\u52d5\u95dc\u4e0a\uff1b\u6216\u9808\u4ee5\u53ef\u7194\u65b7\u7684\u9023\u63a5\u7dda\u8207\u4e00\u8861\u91cd\u7269\u9023\u63a5\uff0c\u800c\u8a72\u9023\u63a5\u7dda\u9808\u5728\u4e0d\u9ad8\u65bc68\u00b0C \u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\u7194\u65b7<\/li>\n<li>FP-3<br \/>\nEvery door leading out of a notifiable workplace, if it is <strong>not<\/strong> a <strong>sliding<\/strong> door, shall be kept closed by means of a <strong>self-closing mechanism<\/strong> which shall <strong>at all times<\/strong> be fully operational and<br \/>\nmaintained in good working order.<br \/>\n\u975e\u6ed1\u52d5\u9580\uff0c\u9808\u85c9\u81ea\u52d5\u95dc\u4e0a\u6a5f\u5236\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u95dc\u4e0a\uff0c\u8a72\u6a5f\u5236\u9808<strong>\u6642\u523b\u5747\u80fd\u5145\u5206\u904b\u4f5c<\/strong>\u4e26\u4fdd\u6301\u826f\u597d\u64cd\u4f5c\u72c0\u614b<\/li>\n<li>FP-4<br \/>\nEvery door leading out of a notifiable workplace shall have a<strong> fire-resisting period<\/strong> of <strong>not less than<\/strong> half an hour (<strong>0.5 hr<\/strong>). If the door is <strong>made of metal<\/strong>, it shall be of <strong>solid steel<\/strong> with an overall thickness of <strong>not less than 3 millimetres<\/strong>. If the door is made of<strong> timber<\/strong>, it shall have a minimum <strong>overall solid<\/strong> thickness of <strong>44 millimetres<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u6bcf\u6247\u901a\u96e2\u61c9\u5448\u5831\u5de5\u5834\u7684\u9580\uff0c\u9808\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc\u534a\u5c0f\u6642\u4e4b\u9632\u706b\u6642\u9593\u3002<br \/>\n\u5982\u7528\u91d1\u5c6c\u88fd\u6210\uff0c\u9808\u70ba\u6574\u9ad4\u539a\u5ea6\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc3 \u6beb\u7c73\u7684\u5be6\u5fc3\u92fc\u6750;<br \/>\n\u5982\u7528\u6728\u88fd\u6210\uff0c\u5247\u5176\u6574\u9ad4\u539a\u5ea6\u9808\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc44 \u6beb\u7c73\u3002<\/li>\n<li>FP-5<br \/>\nEvery door leading out of a notifiable workplace shall,<em> other than a sliding door<\/em>, be constructed to <strong>open outwards<\/strong> and shall <strong>not<\/strong> when open <strong>reduce<\/strong> the<strong> effective width of any means of escape.<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u6bcf\u6247\u901a\u96e2\u61c9\u5448\u5831\u5de5\u5834\u7684\u9580(\u6ed1\u52d5\u9580\u9664\u5916) \u7684\u69cb\u9020\u5747\u9808\u4ee5\u5411\u5916\u958b\u555f\u70ba\u6e96\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u958b\u555f\u6642\uff0c\u9808\u4e0d\u6703\u6e1b\u5c11\u4efb\u4f55\u9003\u751f\u901a\u9053\u7684\u6709\u6548\u95ca\u5ea6\u3002<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>FP-6<br \/>\nThe <strong>doors of any room in which more than 10 persons are employed<\/strong> shall, other than sliding doors, be constructed to <strong>open outwards<\/strong> and shall <strong>not when open reduce the effective width of any means of escape.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>FP-7<br \/>\nThe <strong>doors,<\/strong> <strong>gates<\/strong> and<strong> shutters<\/strong> leading out of a notifiable workplace shall <strong>not be locked<\/strong> or fastened <strong>in<\/strong> such a <strong>manner<\/strong> that they cannot be <strong>easily and immediately opened from the inside.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u901a\u96e2\u61c9\u5448\u5831\u5de5\u5834\u7684\u5404\u6247\u9580\u3001\u9598\u53ca\u647a\u9580\uff0c\u5747\u4e0d\u5f97\u4ee5\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f9e\u9580\u5167\u7acb\u5373\u8f15\u6613\u958b\u555f\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u9396\u4e0a\u6216\u6263\u7dca\u3002<\/li>\n<li>FP-8<br \/>\nThe <strong>doors of every room in which any person is employed<\/strong> shall <strong>not be locked or fastened<\/strong> in such a manner that they cannot be <strong>easily and immediately opened from the inside.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u53d7\u50f1\u8a72\u7684\u4eba\u5728\u5167\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u623f\u9593\u7684\u9580\uff0c\u5747\u4e0d\u5f97\u4ee5\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f9e\u9580\u5167\u7acb\u5373\u8f15\u6613\u958b\u604a\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u9396\u4e0a\u6216\u6263\u7dca\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Ref\u00a0Cap.59V,\u00a0Reference
