CS(S)R \u7684 <strong>Regulation 38F<\/strong> \u6709\u5217\u660e\u95dc\u65bc<strong>\u6aa2\u67e5\u68da\u67b6 (Inspection of scaffolds)<\/strong> \u7684\u898f\u5b9a:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>Subject to paragraph (2), the contractor responsible for a scaffold on a construction site and any contractor who has direct control over any construction work which involves the use of the scaffold shall ensure that the scaffold is not used unless\u2014\n<ul>\n<li>(a) the scaffold\u2014\n<ul>\n<li>(i) has been inspected by a competent person before being taken into use for the first time;<\/li>\n<li>(ii) has been inspected by a competent person after any substantial addition, partial dismantling or other alteration;<\/li>\n<li>(iii) has been inspected by a competent person after any exposure to weather conditions likely to have affected its strength or stability or to have displaced any part;<\/li>\n<li>(iv) has been inspected by a competent person at regular intervals not exceeding 14 days<br \/>\nimmediately preceding each use of the scaffold;<br \/>\nand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>(b) a report has been made and signed by the person carrying out the inspection in an approved form containing the prescribed particulars which include a statement to the effect that the scaffold is in safe working order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Paragraph (1) shall not apply in relation to a scaffold from no part of which a person is liable to fall from a height of 2 metres or more.<\/li>\n<li>A report under paragraph (1)(b) of an inspection of a scaffold shall be delivered forthwith by the competent person to the contractor responsible for the scaffold and the contractor who employs him to carry out the inspection.<\/li>\n<li>The contractors to whom a report is delivered under paragraph (3) shall\u2014\n<ul>\n<li>(a) at all times keep the report, or a copy thereof, on the construction site on which the scaffold to which the report relates is located;<\/li>\n<li>(b) at all reasonable times make that report or copy available for inspection by\u2014\n<ul>\n<li>(i) any occupational safety officer who requests to see it;<\/li>\n<li>(ii) any other person who is lawfully on the site (including any person using or proposing to use the scaffold).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u5728 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labour.gov.hk\/eng\/public\/os\/A\/RM_Sites.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reference Manual for Inspection Reports on Construction Sites<\/a> \u7684C-165 to C168 \u5c31\u5217\u51fa\u91dd\u5c0d\u539f\u6587 1 (a) \u7684\u5167\u5bb9 &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>\u5730\u76e4\u5167\u7684<strong>\u68da\u67b6<\/strong>\u6709 <strong>4 \u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u60c5\u666f<\/strong>\u9808\u8981<strong>\u7531competent person (\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u4eba) \u6aa2\u67e5 (inspect) \u5f8c\u624d\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C-165<br \/>\nA scaffold on a construction site shall not be used unless it has been inspected by a competent person <strong>before<\/strong> <strong>being taken into use for the first time<\/strong><br \/>\n\u68da\u67b6\u9996\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528\u524d\uff0c\u9808\u7d93\u7531\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u4eba\u6aa2\u67e5<\/li>\n<li>C-166<br \/>\nA scaffold on a construction site shall not be used unless it has been inspected by a competent person <strong>after any substantial addition<\/strong>,<strong> partial dismantling<\/strong> or other<strong> alteration<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u68da\u67b6\u5728\u7d93\u904e\u76f8\u7576\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u7684\u64f4\u5efa\u5f8c\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4e2d\u90e8\u5206\u7d93\u62c6\u5378\u5f8c\uff0c\u6216\u7d93\u904e\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u6539\u5f8c\uff0c\u9808\u7d93\u7531\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u4eba\u6aa2\u67e5<\/li>\n<li>C-167<br \/>\nA scaffold on a construction site shall not be used unless it has been inspected by a competent person <strong>after any exposure to weather conditions likely to have affected its strength or stability or to have displaced any part.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u5728\u5176\u7d93\u904e\u76f8\u7576\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5176\u5f37\u5ea6\u6216\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u6216\u4f7f\u5176\u4efb\u4f55\u90e8\u5206\u79fb\u4f4d\u7684\u5929\u6c23\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e4b\u5f8c<\/li>\n<li>C-168<br \/>\nA scaffold on a construction site shall not be used unless it has been inspected by a competent person at regular intervals<strong> not exceeding 14 days immediately preceding each use of the scaffold<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u5728\u7dca\u63a5\u6bcf\u6b21\u4f7f\u7528\u524d\u7684 14 \u5929\u4e4b\u5167\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u7531\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u4eba\u6aa2\u67e5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u5728 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labour.gov.hk\/eng\/public\/os\/A\/RM_Sites.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reference Manual for Inspection Reports on Construction Sites<\/a> \u7684C-169 to C163 \u5c31\u5217\u51fa\u91dd\u5c0d\u539f\u6587 1 (b), 3 \u53ca 4 \u7684\u5167\u5bb9 &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>C-169<br \/>\nA scaffold on a construction site shall not be used unless <strong>a report<\/strong>\u00a0has been made and<strong> signed by the person carrying out the inspection<\/strong> in an approved form <strong> (i.e Form 5)<\/strong> containing the prescribed particulars which <strong>include a statement<\/strong> to the effect <strong>that<\/strong> the <strong>scaffold is in safe working order<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u6aa2\u67e5\u68da\u67b6\u7684\u4eba\u9808\u6309\u8a8d\u53ef\u683c\u5f0f\u4f5c\u51fa\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u4ee5\u7c3d\u7f72\uff0c\u800c\u8a72\u5831\u544a\u8f09\u6709\u5404\u9805\u8a02\u660e\u7684\u8a73\u60c5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u8ff0\u660e\u8a72\u68da\u67b6\u8655\u65bc\u5b89\u5168\u64cd\u4f5c\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u9673\u8ff0<\/li>\n<li>C-170<br \/>\nA report under regulation 38F(1)(b) of an inspection of a scaffold shall be delivered forthwith by the competent person to the contractor responsible for the scaffold and the contractor who employs him to carry out the inspection.<\/li>\n<li>C-171<br \/>\nA<strong> report<\/strong> delivered under regulation 38F(3) of an inspection of a scaffold, or a <strong>copy<\/strong> thereof, shall be <strong>kept at all times on the construction site<\/strong> on which the scaffold to which the report relates is located.<\/li>\n<li>C-172<br \/>\nA report delivered under regulation 38F(3) of an inspection of a scaffold, or a copy thereof, shall be made available for inspection by an occupational safety officer at all reasonable times.<\/li>\n<li>C-173<br \/>\nA report delivered under regulation 38F(3) of an inspection of a scaffold, or a copy thereof, shall be made available for inspection by a person who is lawfully on a construction site (including a person using or proposing to
