I\u00a0had a change to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>agree on a list of annoying things<\/li>\n<li>focus on language to express your emotions and feelings<\/li>\n<li>focus on language for giving and responding to opinions<\/li>\n<li>practise sentence stress to help express emotion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Before starting to share what\u00a0 I learned in the lesson, let me digress to two episode of BBC 6 minutes English<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"mycourse-lessondetail-desc\"><a href=\"http:\/\/tommykwan.com\/blog\/english-learning\/6-minute-english-dress-code-debate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dress Code Debate<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"mycourse-lessondetail-desc\"><a href=\"http:\/\/tommykwan.com\/blog\/english-learning\/6-minute-english-annoying-office-habits\/\" target=\"_blank\">Annoying office habits<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Have you ever had any experience which is <strong>pet peeves <\/strong><em>&#8211;\u00a0something that especially annoys you<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>someone jumping the queue (in fast-food restaurant, convenience store, cinema)<\/li>\n<li>delays on pubic transport (due heavy traffic jam in rush hour)<\/li>\n<li>being kept on hold by a call centre (no human representative response to your call)<\/li>\n<li>People who eat with their mouth open (or making noise when they chew and slurping &#8211;\u00a0drink a liquid noisily)<\/li>\n<li>computer crashing losing work you&#8217;ve spent hours doing<\/li>\n<li>people seating near you who are sniffing and coughing<\/li>\n<li>opening packets and that make sound (in office, cinema)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n[annoy(s), bother(s), irritatation]\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>what things<\/em> that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annoy<\/span> me <em>are<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(\/<strong>what thing that annoy<em>s<\/em> me <em>is<\/em><\/strong>)\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8230;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Example:<\/em> Well, what<em> thing<\/em> that annoys\u00a0me most is not included in the about lists &#8211; people who smoke near the bus station while we are waiting for our bus route.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>One thing<\/em> that really <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annoy<em>s<\/em><\/span> me is &#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>One of the things<\/em> that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annoy<em>s<\/em><\/span> me the most is\u00a0&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The most <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annoying<\/span> thing I find in (somewhere) would be &#8230;<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Example:\u00a0<\/em>The most annoying thing I find in (a movie theater) would be (when someone open a new bag of crisps.)<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>The typical thing that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annoy<em>s<\/em><\/span> people is\u00a0&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">I find this habit rather<\/span><\/strong> (=quite)<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> &#8230;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><em>Example:<\/em> I find this habit rather annoying\/<strong>irritation<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>s<\/em><\/span><\/strong> (with &#8220;s&#8221; when we are talking about feeling)<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">I find people who (&#8230;.) really annoying<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Example:\u00a0<\/em>I find people who (chew out loudly) really annoying.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>If someone is (doing sth) with me and (having certain action), it really <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">bother<em>s<\/em><\/span> me.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<em>Example:<\/em> If someone is (having dinner) with me and (chewing out loud), it really bothers me.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">A rule that does <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">annoy<\/span> me is not being able to (do sth)<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Example:<\/em> A rule that does annoy me is not being able to (take water onto a plane.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>In a conversation, we could have different\u00a0<strong>opinions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If we would like to <strong>giving<\/strong> an opinion :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I feel &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Personally speaking &#8230; (= from my point of view)<\/li>\n<li>The way I see it is &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>I mean &#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If we\u00a0would like to <strong>agreeing<\/strong> an opinion :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yeah, I agree.<\/li>\n<li>Definitely<\/li>\n<li>Me too<\/li>\n<li>So do I<\/li>\n<li>Neither do I<\/li>\n<li>That happens to me all the time as well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If we\u00a0would like to <strong>disagreeing<\/strong> an opinion :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No, I don&#8217;t think so.<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m not sure about that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If\u00a0we\u00a0would like to\u00a0<strong>disagreeing and then giving<\/strong>\u00a0an opinion :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Well maybe, but on the other hand &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>I really don&#8217;t think &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Do you think so &#8230;
