class=\"hklm_term\"><strong>construction work (\u5efa\u7bc9\u5de5\u7a0b)<\/strong> <span class=\"nowrap\">means\u2014<\/span><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>(a) the construction, erection, installation, reconstruction, repair, maintenance (including redecoration and external cleaning), renewal, removal, alteration, improvement, dismantling, or demolition of any structure or works specified in\u00a0<span class=\"hklm_ref \"><a class=\"hklm_ref no-href\" href=\"https:\/\/tommykwan.com\/blog\/occupational-health-and-safety-osh\/legislative-context-in-ohs\/what-specified-structures-and-works-are-classified-as-construction-work-cap-59-schedule-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Schedule 3<\/a><\/span>;<br \/>\n\u5efa\u9020\u3001\u67b6\u8a2d\u3001\u5b89\u88dd\u3001\u91cd\u5efa\u3001\u4fee\u847a\u3001\u7dad\u4fee(\u5305\u62ec\u91cd\u65b0\u4fee\u98fe\u53ca\u5916\u570d\u6e05\u7406)\u3001\u7ffb\u65b0\u3001\u9077\u79fb\u3001\u6539\u52d5\u3001\u6539\u5584\u3001\u62c6\u9664\u6216\u62c6\u5378<a href=\"https:\/\/tommykwan.com\/blog\/occupational-health-and-safety-osh\/legislative-context-in-ohs\/what-specified-structures-and-works-are-classified-as-construction-work-cap-59-schedule-3\/\" involved in preparing for any operation referred to in paragraph (a), including the laying of foundations and the excavation of earth and rock prior to the laying of foundations;<br \/>\n\u70ba\u9810\u5099\u9032\u884c(a)\u6bb5\u6240\u63d0\u8ff0\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u884c\u52d5\u800c\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u92ea\u7bc9\u5730\u57fa\u548c\u92ea\u7bc9\u5730\u57fa\u524d\u7684\u6316\u6398\u6ce5\u571f\u53ca\u6c99\u77f3\u5de5\u7a0b\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>(c) the use of machinery, plant, tools, gear, and materials in connexion with any operation referred to in paragraph (a) or (b);\u00a0 (Added <span class=\"hklm_ref nowrap\"><a class=\"hklm_ref Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (F&amp;IUO) [Cap.59I 2]:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>\u201cconstruction site\u201d (\u5efa\u7bc9\u5730\u76e4) <\/b>means a place where construction work is undertaken and also any area in the immediate vicinity of any such place which is used for the storage of materials or plant used or intended to be used for the purpose of the construction work;\u00a0\u6307\u6b63\u9032\u884c\u5efa\u7bc9\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7dca\u63a5\u8a72\u5730\u65b9\u800c\u7528\u4ee5\u8caf\u5b58\u7528\u65bc\u6216\u64ec\u7528\u65bc\u5efa\u7bc9\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u7269\u6599\u6216\u5de5\u696d\u88dd\u7f6e\u7684\u9644\u8fd1\u7bc4\u570d\uff1b<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u5efa\u7bc9\u5730\u76e4&#8221;<\/strong>
