Both Cap. 59<\/strong> (Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, F&IUO<\/strong>) and Cap. 509<\/strong> (Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance, OSHO<\/strong>) also mentioned Dangerous Occurrence (\u5371\u96aa\u4e8b\u6545)<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Cap. 59 (F&IUO), it states that:<\/p>\n

(j) requiring notifications to be made in relation to accidents and such dangerous occurrences as may be specified in the regulations;<\/p>\n

(j) \u898f\u5b9a\u9047\u6709\u898f\u4f8b\u4e2d\u6240\u6307\u660e\u7684\u610f\u5916\u53ca\u5371\u96aa\u4e8b\u6545\u6642\u5fc5\u9808\u5448\u5831\uff1b<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In Cap. 509 (OSHO), it states that:<\/p>\n

dangerous occurrence (\u5371\u96aa\u4e8b\u6545) means an occurrence of a kind specified in Schedule 1<\/strong>;<\/p>\n

  3. [\u7206\u70b8\u706b\u8db3]<\/strong>An explosion or fire that \u4efb\u4f55\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8aaa\u660e\u7684\u7206\u70b8\u6216\u706b\u8b66 \u2014

    \n\u7528\u4ee5\u8655\u7406\u77f3\u7926\u5834\u5167\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u7684\u975e\u56fa\u5b9a\u6a5f\u5668\u7684\u7ffb\u5012\u6216\u8207\u4efb\u4f55\u7269\u9ad4\u76f8\u649e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n

     <\/p>\n

    14. Occupier<\/strong><\/span> of relevant premises to report dangerous occurrence<\/strong> to<\/strong> occupational safety officer<\/strong><\/span>
    \n(1) The occupier of premises where a workplace is located must report to an occupational safety officer any dangerous occurrence that occurs at the workplace.
    \n(2) The report must<\/strong> <\/span>be in writing<\/strong> <\/span>and be lodged within 24 hours<\/strong> after<\/strong> <\/span>the dangerous occurrence concerned.
    \n(3) The report must contain the following particulars\u2014
    \n(a) the time of the occurrence;
    \n(b) particulars of damage to, or the destruction of, property;
    \n(c) the circumstances of the occurrence.
    \n(4) This section must be complied with even though the occurrence has been notified or reported in accordance with section 13.
    \n(5) An occupier of premises who fails to comply with a requirement of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 5.<\/p>\n

    14. \u6709\u95dc\u7684\u8655\u6240\u7684\u4f54\u7528\u4eba<\/strong><\/span>\u9808\u5411\u8077\u696d\u5b89\u5168\u4e3b\u4efb\u5831\u544a\u5371\u96aa\u4e8b\u6545<\/strong><\/span>
    \n(1) \u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u6240\u5728\u7684\u8655\u6240\u7684\u4f54\u7528\u4eba\u5fc5\u9808\u5411\u4e00\u540d\u8077\u696d\u5b89\u5168\u4e3b\u4efb \u5831\u544a\u4efb\u4f55\u767c\u751f\u65bc\u8a72\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u7684\u5371\u96aa\u4e8b\u6545\u3002
    \n(2) \u8a72\u5831\u544a\u5fc5\u9808<\/strong><\/span>\u4ee5\u66f8\u9762<\/strong><\/span>\u4f5c\u51fa\uff0c\u4e26\u5728<\/strong><\/span>\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u5371\u96aa\u4e8b\u6545\u767c\u751f\u5f8c\u7684 24 \u5c0f\u6642<\/strong>\u5167<\/strong><\/span>\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002
    \n(3) \u8a72\u5831\u544a\u5fc5\u9808\u8f09\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8a73\u60c5 \u2014\u2014
    \n(a) \u8a72\u4e8b\u6545\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff1b
    \n(b) \u5c0d\u8ca1\u7522\u9020\u6210\u7684\u640d\u5bb3\u6216\u8ca1\u7522\u906d\u640d\u58de\u7684\u8a73\u60c5\uff1b
    \n(c) \u8a72\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002
    \n(4) \u5118\u7ba1\u5df2\u6309\u7167\u7b2c 13 \u689d\u5c31\u8a72\u4e8b\u6545\u767c\u51fa\u901a\u77e5\u6216\u4f5c\u51fa\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u672c\u689d\u4ecd\u5fc5\u9808\u7372\u9075\u5b88\u3002
    \n(5) \u4efb\u4f55\u8655\u6240\u7684\u4f54\u7528\u4eba\u5982\u6c92\u6709\u9075\u5b88\u672c\u689d\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5373\u5c6c\u72af\u7f6a\uff0c\u4e00\u7d93\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u53ef\u8655\u7b2c 5 \u7d1a\u7f70\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n
