I have :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>learnt phrases related to work performance<\/li>\n<li>focused on how change\u00a0the part of speech of words<\/li>\n<li>practised contractions to sound more natural when speaking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>When we want to ask about the <strong>frequency<\/strong> &#8211; we could ask:<br \/>\n<strong>How often do you<\/strong>\u00a0&#8230;<br \/>\ne.g\u00a0<strong>How often do you\u00a0<\/strong>have to attend meeting?<br \/>\ne.g <strong>How often do you<\/strong> have to meet your line manager?<\/li>\n<li>When we want to ask if other thinks something are useful &#8211; employer makes someone leave their job officially<\/li>\n<li>increase in salary &#8211; have a higher pay\/wage for someone&#8217;s\u00a0remuneration<\/li>\n<li>poor time-keeping (n.) &#8211; weak at time management<\/li>\n<li>exceptional (adj.) &#8211; excellent, well beyond standard requirement<br \/>\n[ Note: exceptional (adj.) <strong>\u2260 <\/strong>exception (n.) ]<\/li>\n<li>clear communication &#8211; able to\u00a0deliver and receive message\u00a0to other<\/li>\n<li>inflexible &#8211; cannot adapt the situation accordingly<\/li>\n<li>under-performance (n.) &#8211; well behind the standard requirement<\/li>\n<li>innovative (adj.) &#8211; creative<\/li>\n<li>satisfactory (adj.) &#8211;
