Rightly, what I want to share is that I have just found that I know nothing about the sector although I am an enthusiastic freshman in the field.<br \/>\nToday, I am fortunate to follow a straightf<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">orward but helpful mentor. He is a trainer who may fuck me if I cannot reach the point under\u00a0his guidance. Anyway, he is inspiring as well as teaching me a lot of useful skills. <strong>Working on\u00a0this position,<\/strong> I do <strong>have chance to communicate<\/strong>\u00a0with different counterparts and personnel. <strong>Through<\/strong> the under-supervision <strong>training, I discover<\/strong> that I am <strong>not really good at calculate<\/strong> while I <strong>need to enhance<\/strong> the skills about <strong>multi-tasks<\/strong> <strong>under<\/strong> <strong>pressure environment<\/strong> with a group of teammates. Recall the admonishment from J &#8211; fly faster than the aircraft. Now, I have more and more understand on that saying. Unless <strong>I can overcome my weaknesses<\/strong>, I am not dare to (or I cannot) <strong>convince<\/strong> <strong>miss Mon<\/strong> about my confident to being the cockpit crew En-route.<br \/>\nLast but not least, one more fact about the current working premise &#8211; they always lack of people &#8211; the reason is appearance &#8211; people who are working in this industry have a fucking long duty hours while the salary is lower than other nature of profession &#8211; HR are hiring people &#8211; <strong>with passion<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>plus competency<\/strong> &#8211; what I am cultivating.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before I step into an\u00a0industry, I did not understand why the South Asian ethnic group passenger are common on the airport bus.
